Ingredients

(Makes 12–14 balls)

Base

1 cup rolled oats (lightly toasted if you love extra flavour)

1 cup desiccated coconut (plus more for rolling)

½ cup almond meal

2 scoops (about 40 g) Vanilla Chai Bhone powder

Pinch sea salt 🧂

Wet

3 Tbsp coconut oil (melted) 🥥

3 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey) 🍯

1 tsp vanilla extract

2–4 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk (just enough to bind) 🥛

Method

  1. Blend dry — Blitz oats to a rough crumb. Add coconut, almond meal, Bhone powder and salt. Pulse to mix.
  2. Add wet — Pour in coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Pulse until it starts clumping. Add almond milk a splash at a time until sticky but rollable.
  3. Roll and coat — Form into balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Coat in extra coconut if you like.
  4. Chill — Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm. Keep up to 1 week chilled or freeze for 3 months.

Tip: Dip in dark chocolate 🍫 for a dessert vibe, or add chia/hemp seeds 🌱 for extra texture + omegas.
