If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. Please email us at hello@bhonebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your order number, product name, and a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful, we'd love to know how we can do better)
  • That’s it — we’ll process your product refund within a few business days to your original payment method

  • Refunds apply to one product only, one time per customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Bundles, discounted multi-packs, sales & subscriptions are excluded
