Ingredients
Wet
1 cup tahini (well stirred)
½ cup pure maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry
¼ cup cocoa powder
4 scoops Bhone Chocolate Delight
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free if possible)
Topping
Flaky sea salt
Extra chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth
- Add cocoa powder, Bhone Chocolate Delight, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir until just combined
- Fold in dark chocolate chips
- Spoon mixture into the pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, leaving the centre slightly fudgy
- Cool completely before slicing - and try not to eat half the tray while you wait 🫣
