Fudgy Tahini Glow Brownies 🤎

Ingredients

Wet
1 cup tahini (well stirred)
½ cup pure maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry
¼ cup cocoa powder
4 scoops Bhone Chocolate Delight
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free if possible)

Topping
Flaky sea salt
Extra chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth
  3. Add cocoa powder, Bhone Chocolate Delight, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir until just combined
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips
  5. Spoon mixture into the pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, leaving the centre slightly fudgy
  7. Cool completely before slicing - and try not to eat half the tray while you wait 🫣
