Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 cups oats (135g)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds (40g)
- 2.5 cups nut milk (600ml)
- 2 medium bananas, diced
- 8 tbsp Greek yoghurt (120g)
- 2 scoops Bhone Beauty Vanilla Chai or Chocolate Haven ✨
Milky Date Caramel
- ½ cup pitted dates
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup nut milk
- Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: extra Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, sprinkle of cacao
Method 🥄
- Make the caramel: Soak ½ cup pitted dates in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain, then blend with 3 tbsp almond butter, ½ cup nut milk + pinch of salt until smooth.
- Prep the oats: In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, nut milk, 1 diced banana, Greek yoghurt + 2 scoops of Bhone Beauty. Stir well, then refrigerate overnight.
- Assemble + enjoy: In the morning, layer oats with caramel, top with sliced banana, extra Greek yoghurt + a sprinkle of cacao.
