Ingredients (serves 4)

Milky Date Caramel

  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: extra Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, sprinkle of cacao

Method 🥄

  1. Make the caramel: Soak ½ cup pitted dates in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain, then blend with 3 tbsp almond butter, ½ cup nut milk + pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Prep the oats: In a large bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, nut milk, 1 diced banana, Greek yoghurt + 2 scoops of Bhone Beauty. Stir well, then refrigerate overnight.
  3. Assemble + enjoy: In the morning, layer oats with caramel, top with sliced banana, extra Greek yoghurt + a sprinkle of cacao.
