Why the Best Habits Feel Like Treats

Humans Repeat What Feels Good...

If something tastes bad, feels restrictive, or turns into another thing you should be doing, it’s not going to last.

That was one of the biggest reasons Bhone came to life.

Bone broth has so many benefits. Protein, collagen, gut support, skin, hair, nails, deeper sleep, energy. I knew all of that. But I also knew this: drinking plain bone broth every single day was never going to be realistic for most people.

Could it be “cleaner” to drink bone broth straight?
Maybe.

Would we enjoy it as much?
Highly unlikely.

And if you don’t enjoy it, it’s far harder to turn it into a daily ritual.

The most common feedback we get from our customers is, “Wow, it’s actually delicious — so I have it every day.”

And when Bhone is taken regularly, people start noticing things. Longer nails. Hair growth. Better skin. Deeper sleep. More stable energy. And on top of that, they’re getting more protein into their day without even thinking about it — all while drinking something that feels like a treat.

For me personally, Bhone has quietly replaced a few habits that weren’t really serving me.

It’s my vanilla chai or hot chocolate with coconut milk after dinner instead of reaching for chocolate.

It’s a banana, peanut butter and ice shake when I need something filling but indulgent in the afternoon or before a workout.

It’s added to my coffee so I’m not hitting my system too hard first thing in the morning.

And sometimes, it’s Bhone “magnums” for my toddler — her favourite treat, and one I love giving her because it’s full of goodness.

None of this feels forced.
None of it feels like “wellness discipline”.

And that’s the whole point.

Longevity matters.
But enjoyment does too.

Bhone is proof that you don’t have to choose between function and pleasure. That consistency doesn’t come from willpower — it comes from liking what you’re doing.

Maybe the future of wellness isn’t about more restraint.

Maybe it’s about choosing things you actually enjoy — and letting that be enough.
